What a terrible service at the Tower Street site! Stood in line (2nd person) at least 5 min to order a black coffee...6 persons behind the counter completely ignores the growing line while they are among themselves and then a visitor. When I talked to the manager, Caroline? She didn't bother coming from behind the counter, but decided to turn around with me when I sat at my table. Your first comment... Is there a problem? was reacted with a yes... the service is terrible, very slow... what a shoulder sprug from her and then.well what do you want? My answer was not a thank you... just better service... and I don't appreciate having this conversation about the restaurant. Another shoulder srug...

Hey look what was on my veggie bagel yesterday! So gross! How can someone even feel ok about putting a piece of lettuce on a sandwich that looks and feels like this? Hey Tim Horton's you may want to hire a QA person!. Oh and I wrote to head office.....still no word!

We were on our Ususal weekend road and looking for a break. And we landed in those Tim Hotons. Service was fast and we enjoyed new herb bakery and potato wedges. The usual DD was fresh and hot.

Burkes Falls No access inside!! No access within therefore also zero bathrooms. Burkes Falls's just leaving. They are terrible for Prople who buy and support them and for all travelers.
