The worst Tim Hortons in BC, please don’t go there because the employees are unprofessional and impolite. They make me wait for a coffee that has been prepared 3 times. Every time I get a coffee I have a bellyache. I have to repeat my order and this location is not clean.I honestly don’t trust them at all. Not recommended

Horrible service and bad at taking orders. Ordered a cheese bagel toasted and with herb and garlic cream cheese. They charged me the extra $1 for the cream cheese. When I looked at what I got, it was a barely toasted bagel with no cream cheese and maybe some butter.Would not recommend this location at all!

The service was terrible. I ordered a cilantro chicken bowl and even specified crispy chicken in the drive-thru. I don't understand why I received only lettuce and rice when I clearly wanted chicken. I paid for it, so the least I can expect is to get my order right. This is unacceptable.

The dark roast coffee is excellent and the pastry was decent. However, the biggest drawback of this restaurant is the constant blasting alert tones that are unnecessarily loud and aimed towards the dining area. It seems like they may be trying to drive people away.

This Wendy's location is one of the best. The quality of the food is excellent and the service was fantastic. It's rare to find places where people genuinely care these days. We will definitely be returning soon with my family.
