We’ve been meaning to go here for a while and finally found ourselves on the right side of town to stop by. You kind of have to look for the shop since it’s set back from the street a little. It wasn’t busy when we went so there was plenty of parking but lot might fill up on a Friday or Saturday night. 1. The staff was all super friendly and food came out really fast 2. This might be the best Birria in CO springs. I literally hadn’t eaten all day so I ordered some and then ordered more. 3. Outstanding menu full of deliciousness 4. Fun tablecloths! Stopped here because of the ratings, but was disappointed. I Ordered the carne asada fries and it was drenched in nacho sauce (not a fan of) and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. I gave it a go but needless to say I had a few bites and that was it for me. My husband Ordered the torta and it was basic nothing great to rave about. There are also no public restrooms so make sure you go before you get there. Service however was great, they were very friendly and fast and the inside was spacious and clean.

This was my first time trying this little spot. The food and service were amazing. The staff is really nice and personable. The only thing I thought could use some improvement is the atmosphere, it could use a little revamping.
