"Customer service was terrible. The waitress working there was not happy at all to be serving she had an angry face the whole time no expression not a single smile. However, we ordered the clay pot pork which was good but they gave very little rice compared to how much pork there was so they charged you extra for the rice."

I think the best Vietnamese food can be found in the NE and T&K definitely supports my theory. They're known for their Banh Hoi (a special way vermicelli is prepared) with various styles of meat fillings that you wrap into rice paper, so we got an order of it along with Banh Xeo (a large Vietnamese style crepe stuffed with pork, shrimp and bean sprouts), my parents ordered a large soup (not Pho lol but I can't remember what it's called) and my boyfriend had the grilled beef and spring roll vermicelli bowl. Plates of freshly washed lettuce and herbs were brought out with our food and we all dug in. There was enough Banh Hoi to make 10 or so wraps (depending how much you put in your wraps) and...

Disgusting place and the owner has a disgusting attitude, yelling at me and liying right in your face. I asked if the chicken is freshly grilled and they said yes. The chicken was grilled in the morning and was left in the steamer all day and it was soggy, soft, no taste at all. The owner was mouthing off on me and trying to lie in my face that the chicken was freshly grilled. Most Vietnamese places do that in Canada especially here in Alberta. I used to deliver for a Phó restaurant before and they did the same exact thing-grilled the chicken in the morning and store it in the steamer all day. Absolutely disgusting

Their rare beef broth was pretty good. It was flavorful and delicious. Beef was a little tough. However, we never received our spring rolls because they were too busy and couldn't make them. I understand that but then maybe take it off the menu if you get too overwhelmed and can't make certain items. If you offer it on the menu, it should be made. Anyways, I don't know if I'd ever come back to this pho restaurant.

Ordered the beef pho and the spring rolls. Spring rolls are always tasty. The pho was basically watered down beef broth, little to no taste. Very disappointing especially compared to some other places. Won't be ordering the pho again, how ever definitely will continue to get the vermicelli and spring rolls as they do a good job on those. Service is just okay.
