a total mixed experience, staff were fantastic, young girl with black hair did her best during a lively period and was very polite and helpful, our bill was mixed with another table so that we overcharged, but this was fixed at the end, although we had to do the mathematics for the manager. the eating times were bad (half an hour for the suppe and garlic bread starter) but they were understaffed so that exquisitely, overall good experience, eating was great, the cook that served the carvery was extremely nice, he had an accent I didn't want to guess but he was up and beyond looking a little screaming to him to say it was realistic to fall on a bad day.

The staff and service was very good, however, the area where we were seated was awful, sticky table, badly stained fabric on the bench seat, torn seat fabric which was taped up to look like something out of a construction site. The whole area where we were seated is shabby and not somewhere I would sit customers if I cared about my business, albeit we were told that a refurbishment is going to be carried out. We will not be returning in the future unless cleaner and more appealing seating can be provided.

The second time was for dinner in Hahn Hut Restaurant and on both occasions staff have exceptionally friendly and helpful. On this occasion I had my granddaughter of 17 months and the staff were very helpful in providing a high chair immediately and chatting with her on a few occasions, although they were busy we were made to feel very welcome. We ate the Carvery and it was very good, everything was cooked for perfection. Will definitely recommend this restaurant. Thank you.

An excellent night. The staff provided a great service. This was a birthday party and everything was relaxed and friendly. Just what we like. The meal was a carvery service but there was plenty of choice with no complaints. Overall a good night out.

Excellent service, was very satisfying. And the food was very tasty. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were very curtious and very helpful.
