Last week, my mother and I visited Togo's, and she ordered a French Dip without tweeting (I assume she meant "tweaking"). Lisa took our order. I ordered a Clubhouse Melt without tomato and with chipotle mayo. When we received our sandwiches, my mother enjoyed her meal, but I had a terrible experience. My sandwich had no wobble (I’m unsure what this means), no paprika, no mayo, and included tomato instead of being a plain meat sandwich. Additionally, I found a hair in my food. I was looking forward to breakfast this morning, but I noticed there was no sign on the door regarding COVID mask regulations. Today, the policy was updated to require everyone to wear masks indoors. I complied and put mine on, but the young man behind the counter wasn't wearing one, nor was the woman who peeked her head out from the back. While the kitchen staff seemed to be following safety protocols, I believe all food workers should adhere to the same standards. I grabbed my lunch and left as quickly as I could. Another customer, who was wearing a mask, came in after me, took a look around, and then decided to leave.

How do you argue an online order was made wrong?If you can't afford to pay attention, I can't afford sandwiches. Corporate is paying us back for two orders now, over $100 total.Sure you'll all be getting an education about what being a franchise means in the near future.

The sandwiches here are excellent, but the service can be a bit slow. Since I only have a 30-minute lunch break, it can be challenging. My wife really wants to eat here more often, and if you have the time to spare, the wait is definitely worth it.

You'll get what you ordered and it will be delicious... You just have to waaaaaaiiiiiiit for it. Very slow sandwiches here.
