Tokui Sushi - Reservar uma mesa

Tokui Sushi is a no frills quick serve shop with just a few seats inside. Don't let that turn you off though, because they serve really tasty sushi rolls and all for only $2. The best value you can get in Melbourne! Despite the low price, they definitely do not compromise on quality. The ingredients were really fresh, and the cooked sushi rolls were packing amazing flavor. Definitely must tries would be the salmon roll, unagi roll, and the spicy tuna roll. The staff were also really friendly and accommodating, and even helped us slice freshly made rolls when we dined in before they were about to close.

Hungry and it's between meals. Don't want to spend heaps of money. Have been using the credit card way too much the past few days. Visiting Melbourne for a few nights. Walked past Tokui, not very impressive or inviting. But the price point was tempting. Only $2 for a sushi roll???? Damn I'm in. Tamago roll (not something I've seen in a long time) Spicy tuna and cucumber Avocado and unagi It's definitely good, fresh and very good value. If you are student or not, tight on money and need a feed. Go to tokui sushi

I love that they have unagi sushi here, as so many places do not have it, especially not in a hand roll. I particularly like the prawn hand rolls here. This is a very good spot to get some quick takeaway lunch - one of the best spots for some good sushi which is also good value! I also like that the rolls are bigger than other places like sushi sushi etc.

As a person who have had a lot of sushi in my life, I am quite picky when it comes to reviewing sushi. And honestly, this might have been the best one I have ever had. Especially the salmon nigiri sushi was amazing.

What a gem. Although there are plenty of sushi shops in the city, this one must be the cheapest (2bux per handroll) and the busiest. The selection is great, simple and the concept really straight forward.
