A stunning experience. The room and building were perfect architecturally impressive and beautifully restored but also well thought through and practical for guests. Swimming in the heated outdoor pool in the heavily falling snow (in late April) was very special. Dinner was astounding, with...wave after wave of dishes, all delicious, many with complex flavour and texture combinations but also some simpler dishes (excellent bread and baked petit four). Every element was completely fresh and seasonal and most importantly, everything was tasty and comforting and a pleasure to eat. Another superb meal by Tom, this time in his wonderfully restored vicarage. Delicate flavours, wonderfully presented. All in all some small courses. Inventive, organic and tasteful. Excellent wine pairing. Stayed in one of the spacial rooms with stunning views. Espresso machine AND a...well stocked wine fridge!

Wir waren zu Gast auf Grund des Geburtstages meines Mannes und wir waren schlicht weg begeistert. Das Ambiente, die Gastgeber und selbstverständlich die Kulinarik einfach unbeschreiblich! Wir kommen definitiv wieder und T.O.M. hat neue Stammgäste bekommen.
