Tom Collins Bar - Reservar uma mesa

Enjoyed a meal at Tom Collins this evening - thoroughly totally enjoyed the experience Would be easy to wax lyrical about TC there was not one thing that wasn't 5 starI love pork belly - enjoyed many meals at many establishments across the country Nothing / nowhere comes close to the meal I enjoyed at TC tonight - perfection Presentation, execution- not one minus on the plate, perfectly cooked -,wonderful array of beautiful varied vegetables - this meal had wonderful flavour in every component on the plate - kitchen take a bow.I'll be marking this Pork Belly meal down as the best I've ever enjoyed - 5 star is a gross misrepresentation of just how good this meal was.

We walked around many restaurants before choosing the Tom Collins Bar and was not disappointed! When first walked in it was very noisey and over whelming but found a table down the back where you could have conversation and still hear the lovely singer. Great drinks menu and lovely food menu, the chili dusted calamari was amazing!! Ribs were yummy and steak cooked perfectly. Thank you for a lovely evening out!

I have visited the "bar" several times with friends. The lunch specials are very reasonably priced and the portions are generous. You would never guess that the entire menu is gluten free because everything tastes so delicious. The service is excellent, and now that they also serve tea and coffee with dessert, we will definitely be coming back.

tried a friday lunch here and the bar just didn't have any vibe. staff were slow anda bit disinterested. the beer was cold and the wine list adequate. fish and chips were good. the steaks at the next table looked good. looking forward to trying a friday night with a bigger crowd and experience the live music

I absolutely enjoyed my time at this restaurant. The food, the atmosphere, and the staff were all excellent. It was hard to leave and explore the rest of the town.
