Tom's Jr. - Reservar mesa

The food is delicious, and the customer service is usually great, except for one employee. I believe her name is Ana; she has several piercings and some tattoos and works the morning or afternoon shift. I visited on June 3, 2022, at 1:45 PM and placed a phone order. When we arrived to pick it up, she mistakenly gave us someone else's food and charged us for it. She was quite rude when we tried to explain the mix-up. Her behavior was very unprofessional—she was speaking with her hands, rolling her eyes, and had a terrible attitude. She even claimed not to know the supervisor's name. Overall, very disappointing.

When the food is prepared correctly, it's quite good, but occasionally there are mistakes. Recently, they've gotten a few orders wrong, and when I've raised the issue, they suggest that I should check my order before leaving. The sandwich I ordered is shown in the picture. Unfortunately, it often ends up soggy by the time I get home, and I only live 4 minutes away.

I was just there picking up my order. I noticed the cashier (which by the way was not very friendly at all) handling money and handing out food as well, grabbed some tortilla chips and placed them on a customer's plate and then she called the customer to pick up his food. I guess these people need some training on food handling and hygiene.

Great customer service, very clean atmosphere. The food was delicious ? Parking: Do not enter through where the drive thruw is at because if there's a lot of cars waiting to place their order, you will get stuck to drive in Reserve uma mesa agora

Fries were cooked to perfection. Burgers were juicy, and they were not stingy with extra thousand island sauce. GREAT customer service. Ordered the family pack with 4 burgers, 4 fries, and 4 drinks for $37.

The chilaquiles are among the best dishes on the menu. I ordered the red ones and found them to be saucy and crunchy, with a bit of a spicy kick. They also don't hold back on the portions!

The food is quite good, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff tends to ignore customers, and the cashier is particularly rude.

The food was definitely worth the price. We ordered breakfast for five people, and it was very reasonably priced.
