I was charged $19 for soup and a handful of fries. The soup clearly say $5.50 on the menu for the larger size. I didn’t see a price for an order of fries but figured everything together would be around $12-$13. When I called to ask what happened after my partner came home with the food they told me they charged me about $12 for the soup alone. I questioned why I wasn’t charged what was on the menu and was told that they only serve soup for that price when you eat in the restaurant. This was not specified on the menu whatsoever, nor was it mentioned to me when I called to order. Zero stars. Waited almost 15 minutes before leaving. 2 guys walked in after us and immediately got served. No one even came to acknowledge us. And the place was DEAD. Everyone in the place was done eating so absolutely no excuses.

The cheese in my omelet was melted to the plate instead of being inside the omelet, and my hash browns looked and tasted like a dirty griddle.
