Tradewinds Restaurant

I often buy coffee from this restaurant, but today they have disappointed me with very RUDE customer service. I went to the restaurant and there were two types behind me, so I thought they were coming so I left the door open. the guy barista (which is usually there) asked me to close the door, although I told him I wanted an ice cream. he took coffee to serve the tables, always told me to close the door and to disregard what I said. then he came back and I said again, I wanted an ice cream. I liked this restaurant, the first and second visits were great. I have always ordered fish and chips as they serve nice and good for a good price. but recently they gave 2 fish instead of 3 like the good old days, and why they now with “better quality fish”. not only that, one of the female waiters gives very bad customer service by ignoring when I waited to stay sitting. although the type barista is nice, I rarely visit the restaurant.

Tradewinds restaurant has been around for years and has recently had an upgrade. A large space with a modern fit out.Tradewinds serves up reasonably priced meals and good portions. I ordered the fish burger, a fried patty with panco crumbs and salad. The burger was sufficient to fulfill my hunger without being anything too special. The coffee on par with the burger. I have heard good things about the ribs and will return to try.

We went there for breakfast today and we were pleasantly surprised. It seems it's been recently renovated and had a really nice feel to it. We ordered the big breaky and Mediterranean stack and both were delicious. Coffee was great and fresh juice was fresh but it seemed a little watered down perhaps? Would definitely go there again. Breaky finishes at 11.30am so be sure to get in early!

worst experience ever. the personal was incredibly rude and racist, especially one of the waitress who she not only cried to customers but had thrown them out of the restaurant. eating was not only cold, but made me and my friend sick afterwards.
