Traiteur Passion Guarani

I found this Paraguayan family style restaurant during our discover Paris trip. As this was opened recently, there were not many guests. But I am sure it will change soon because the hospitality is great and the food is fantastic. My wife ate sausages which was only meat and not hot (my wife hates that), I ate Filet Mignon perfectly cooked Argentinian beef. I ate steak in many countries, some places were authentic Argentinian restaurants. But this steak was simply perfect, as far as I recall, the best I ever ate. We had a lovely meal at Pasión Guarani, the service was excellent, quick and of excellent quality. The restaurant is located in a nice and quiet road, near Nation and the line 9. We were a group of four and we had the empanadas for starters which were really nice. For the main dish, my boyfriend and I shared the baby beef ; a gorgeous 650g piece of prime Argentine beef cooked to perfection. We had salad and garlic fries to accompany it and a side of lovely chimichurri sauce. We accompanied this with a good Malbec! super restaurant with a welcome to the top! the dishes are delicious and the imported meat is without possible comparison with what is done in France. People who leave comments of the type "I don't see what is original in a burger except the meat that is tender" bingo the answer is in the question. and go to a restaurant of foreign specialties and take a burger.!? for us it was a very nice discovery of flavors and people.

We stop there from time to time to take small specialties of Paraguay and eat all this in front of a good movie. They are very friendly and always very smiling!
