The restaurant is located in a very appealing building with a large outdoor area, but is very far away in a small commercial area Birkenhain . Inside there are some accessories to imitate a Trattoria for inexperienced people. The menu is very clear, there is no pizza, which I very much welcome. Salad was good, the beer was cold, but that was all. We were there with a big family and four children, after a three-quarter hour, the little ones ate the dust-dry baguette from the table. After an hour still no main dishes, while all other guests had ordered us but had eaten long ago. After 75 min I went with our little one because he had no more pleasure and was no longer calm. Away. Pleasant ambience with outdoor facilities. First doubts whether there was a good choice to come here when the serviceman welcomed a guest with a handshake and hug, this is currently an absolute NO GO. The chosen wine, a Pinot Grigio, was very flat. The Bruscetta were unfortunately not dead, only 3 slices of baguette at an elevated price. I was very pleased with the scavenger with mushroom cream sauce, unfortunately an ordinary roast sauce with a few mushrooms was served. On 08.07.2021 we had been in Aubergine Trattoria in the evening food. For me, after the Corona break it was once again an experience evening. There were many different dishes as we were 8 people at the table and all were very satisfied with the quality of the food. The staff and the boss were top, as already written, it was a very nice evening that will be repeated soon.

We used the delivery service today. Rigatoni Padrone and Ravioli truffles. Tastefully very good and still hot in delivery. Very recommended.
