Treadwell Farm-to-Table Cuisine- Niagara on the lake

my omnivore friend has kept up and reported that she is very positiw about a vegan. the server was very good and let me know that any of the participants can be vegan made except the gnocci. They have only two vegetarian options, including the gnocci. So you have a choice as risotto. I really don't like risotto. server explained, it is not really risotto, it has no rice, and it is not the soft creamy texture of risotto (what is what I don't like.) the dish was marinated pumpkin seeds (so softer than usual) with cooked vegetables. it was a very wet texture. since I liked the risotto court that the server asked what I want to do? My husband and I visited Niagara on the lake last weekend and had planned dinner in a local restaurant that was unfortunately closed. A woman in one of the shops we visited was vegan and recommended we try Treadwell. We came in at 5:30 on a Saturday, and they were kind enough to reach us before their busy time at 7:30. The menu shows that they can offer vegan options and after a short speech with the cook, the man who welcomed us gave us two options for each appetizer and main course. went to treadwell for dinner and they had a seperate vegetarian menu with items that can be veganized. there were about 5 options (pasta, pommes, brusselsprossen and a suppe.) if we have ordered that we get everything vegan, please and further to order. our server was brought out between vegan and vegetarian confused and pasta with cheese. another server had to tell her what the difference was. they immediately fixed it, but quite sure that our suppe had a cheese in the garnel. eating was pretty good, not amazing, but they get quite large portions.

Went to Treadwell for dinner and they had a seperate vegetarian menu with items that can be veganized. There were about 5 options (Pasta, Pommes, Brussels sprouts and a soup). If we have ordered, we have said that we get everything vegan, please and proceed to order. Our server was confused between vegan and vegetarian and pasta with cheese. Another server had to tell her what the difference was. They repaired it immediately, but pretty sure our soup had a cheese in the shrimp. The food was pretty good, not amazing, but you get pretty big portions.
