I came here a while back and I LOVE THIS PLACE! Service is always amazing as well as quality, quantity and pricing! We ordered these dishes a few weeks back. I'm currently here eating again, sitting and waiting for my food. The pho bring memories from California. The broth is amazingly juicy and rich. I always get #135. The pork w/ shrimp wontons are so good! They're my favorite appetizers. Crunchy yet juicy!! They only have 1 size for pho and it's a perfect size! Like many exceptional restaurants, Trieu Chau may not have an impressive exterior, but this cozy spot in St. Paul serves some of the most delicious and richly flavored Pho in the Twin Cities. The broth is infused with warm spices and a deep beefy essence. The noodles are perfectly cooked, and the sliced meat is tender. In addition to the pho, there are fantastic choices for sandwiches and other noodle dishes, as well as outstanding fried egg rolls that feature a flavorful filling and a crisp, delicately flaky exterior. The service at Trieu Chau is excellent, with staff that is extremely friendly. If you enjoy noodles and Vietnamese cuisine, Trieu Chau is a must-visit.

I never get tired of eating here. They serve the crispest and tastiest egg rolls that you're just going to get. And I'm usually torn between getting the bun or pho. The grilled pork bun (rice noodle salad) is absolutely to die for, and usually more than I can eat. That's okay. It eats just as well later in the evening or the next day. Prices have always been reasonable for phenomenal food. And the iced coffee is delicious.

This is the best pho spot in the Twin Cities area. The star anise flavor is prominent in both the aroma and the taste, which is uncommon in many other places. The portions of meat are generous and freshly prepared. I did encounter a piece of brisket once that tasted off, but that was a rare occurrence. The service is fast and efficient. This is a great family restaurant going on their 20th year in business (in 2023). Fantastic food and a very friendly staff. I had the Bun Bo Hue (house special A1) and it was delicious. Much like pho, it came with sprouts basil and lime, all fresh.

Been coming here for the last 14 years. Every experience is always the same great food and service. This family owned restaurant pretty much watched me grow and built my family. It's amazing to know these friendly people who has great food.

Amazing authentic Chinese food. The food comes out extremely quickly as well. The meal was relatively inexpensive. I would definitely return. The customer service kind of sucks, but the food definitely makes up for it!

This is a charming little spot with a no-nonsense vibe. The banh mi for $6 is an excellent deal! I really enjoyed their egg rolls and cream cheese wontons as well. Reserve uma mesa agora
