Trinidad Brasserie

I am allergic to milk proteins. Big challenge to find some food in Dijon that doesn’t make me sick… so I try vegan options to be sure I get something good, without people thinking I just want “the attention”. But that can be very disappointing too… I had the vegan pizza, well filled, but no good taste. Raw aubergines , paprika, onions and champignons… It would have been good, if the veggies were well done io. raw… and some herbs … I have filled my stomach, but had problems digesting it … Vegan doesn’t mean raw nor tasteless!

Very good bar! Ideal when you are passing through Dijon to enjoy and stroll! With multiple colors, it is very user-friendly and its formulas are copious and exquisite! Go take a walk!

We had two pizzas and they were absolutely amazing, specially the one called 'Trinidad '. The cocktails were nice too and the service quite friendly. I would totally come back!!!
