Tropical Bites - Reservar uma mesa

We ordered a large order for Fathers Day.The packaging of the food could have been done a bit better ended up getting curry from the chicken all over my car.. a simple plastic wrap around the container or bag would have prevented this from happening!The food quality was a bit of an issue... I have made and had plantains many times but these seemed like they had turned they had a sour taste and were mushy and not cooked well at all. The rasta pasta was inedible it tasted like a sweet honey and we just threw it out.. was not at all what I was expecting! The Stewed chicken was good but not what we are accustomed to calling stewed chicken .. The curry chicken was good but all thighs which it did...

Big Caribbean oxtail sandwich. I especially liked the cabbage version of the oxtail sandwich it had very nice caramelized like cabbage and carrots on the top of the large pieces of meat and soft thick bread either sandwich I had fill you up and if you dedicate a sweet tooth that delicious they have some delicious cakes available. Come hungry vacation full of desire to order more, regardless of:

Only thing good is the chicken and ribs the lady with the glasses was so rude and the rest of my food was nasty rice noodles cabbage over cooked never eating here again going to McDonald's

Lady behind the counter definitely needs a smile on her face. I asked a simple question and it triggered a bad response. Can't imagine if she was really upset

This cost me about $24 weighed. Palau, mac cheese, jerk wings, chicken curry. Everything was yummy. Jerk wings A1!
