Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I am absolutely so disappointed with Tropical Smoothie on 24th street in Port Huron, Michigan. They have lost my business. The last two times I went there, they always seem so rushed and these past two times, they also got my order wrong. Today, in particular, I was treated with such disrespect. I ordered one of my favorite smoothies, and when I pulled up to the window, the employee named Aubrey mumbled something that I quite couldn?t hear. She took my card and next thing I know she?s handing me a gift card and she shuts the window and walks away from it. Everytime I come in, which is a lot. I drive all the way from Croswell, Mi. I have no problem with any other smoothie that this certain establishment (Port Huron) makes, besides the peanut butter cup. They mess it up 90% of the time!!! Well, once again they had to take all 3 of them back because they usually taste like watered down bananas or a banana . If I wanted a banana smoothie, I would order one. The lady (manager) told me after this, she will not serve me again!!! I go to this place anywhere from 2-4 times a week!!! You've done lost my business!! That is not how you treat customers! I have never been more disappointed in a tropical smoothie cafe. The people who work there are always so rushed. My wraps always are in the worst condition, I try to give them the benefit of the doubt the first few times but I go there 2 times a week and not once have I had a decent wrap. Not to mention when they cut the wrap in half they cut it on to much of an angle so you can barley bite outta it without it falling everywhere. Wouldn?t recommend this location but I?ve never had a problem at the Richmond location!

The food is very good abit a little pricey for a normal fast food place . But to be fair, that 's not what they are going for. They offer more health conscious options than your standard fast food joint so the price reflects that. And the smoothies are something you can 't get anywhere else

Long line but well worth it! Delicious, fresh ingredients. Staff was very friendly despite what I can only imagine is stressful during grand opening lines and busyness. Highly recommend! We want to try everything at least once ?
