The smoothie are good but the service for food is crazy we got our smoothie but we waited 1 whole hour for a quesadilla and a chicken presto sandwich so many people order and got there food even sit there and ate in our face I even walk over and one lady had the same thing I order we ask 3 people how long and they went to check but never came back and talk to us so after me getting upset and asking for the 4th time they bring the wrong food out and we wait a hour for nun my husband got a refund on the food and we left alone with some other customers and a worker left to she just walk out on her phone and drive off in the middle of taking orders. I waited 15 minutes at the drive through for my order alone to even be taken. It was another 10 to 15 minutes before that waiting for the cars in front of me to have their orders taken. The Olivia Rodrigo album is shorter than my drive-through wait was today. I understand that many places are understaffed right now and this is not the fault of the employees. I suggest to management that you close either the dine-in or drive through part if you cannot sustain timely service through both.

Went today to order the hurricane. They no longer have that one on the menu. So I asked the lady if they had something similar to the hurricane smoothie. She looked at me as if I am the one works there and she's the customer. Not my job to know the menu by memory. Please train your employees better.

Customer service is not anywhere close to were it needs to be! Did not get greeted nor did we get thanked! Food was brought out to the table with a here you go.. half tossed to the table. Such a shame that it's conveniently next to Subaru, which was my visit to Edinburg today.

Very bad service . First time there and very disappointed my veggie humus wrap es mas lechuga que todo lo demás they should call it lettuce wrap . That’s why I prefer to eat at home most of the time .
