a single bad experience does not necessarily guarantee a 1-star rating, but after 4 years here and off I can safely say that this is the worst tropical smoothie I already had. side literally fractions of the size of 4-5 other places to which I traveled. sandwiches near completely brot. cold cheese on queensadillas. crushed cheese on sandwiches that need discs. kale Slav almost completely invalid from the actual Slav dressing. smoothie mixed with so much bananen it was slim. and today. a smoothie mixed with so much ice it was usually water when drinking. When I came down, I had an icy paste the consistency of a slumber. I grab and go, and torment it on variance, and try it again in a month or...

If I could leave a zero-star rating, I would be honest. in my experience and from what I have heard, the phone is constantly out of the hook, so that no executing orders can be placed, at any time I always come to speak first in which I rarely get an answer, and they can bet that the load will always be 15 minutes before it should close. the smoothies are hit or measured, either they are clumpy (not smooth at all) or the order is completely wrong. I will not advertise or recommend this. in my opinion, these problems asap have to be addressed to keep and build customers.

this place is the worst tropical smoothie I've ever had. I was here several times and every time eating is done wrong compared to others I was. the smoothies are cool, but eating is terrible. it is managed by a baptism of teenagers who do not know how to make eating right. there must be a higher level of education to teach them how to make the food, especially the packings. avoid wasting time and money!

I ordered a peanut paradise smoothie with whey protein and dark chocolate TWICE from this location. Both times I received a smoothie with no peanut butter. The first time I brushed it off as an honest mistake. But twice?!? It’s not always about speed! The focus should be accuracy

I prefer those on michigan ave. this place almost messed up my order. not so clean. this place can be better if it is properly managed.
