Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The Food is great, but the service is a work in progress. I ordered from Grubhub as a pickup order. When I got there they tell me that they gave my food to the grubhub driver...but it was a pickup not a delivery. The food never arrived and I had to cancel my lunch order. You would think as a courtesy they would have said something like Sorry about that, we gave your order away. I 'll make you another sandwich at no cost. Don 't worry about it. Look folks, you need better customer service and tact. Instead of shrugging your shoulders like you don 't care, fix the problem. 1 star.

My wife and I ordered because we received coupons but if it wouldn't have been for that, I would've been very upset I lost over $10 on a small, weak acai bowl. There was barely any granola (maybe 2-3 pieces) and a decent amount of fruit. I won't be visiting this place again, but I hope others are not the same. My wife's smoothie was good, but nothing spectacular. I should've checked the reviewsbefore coming here.

Hours of this place shows they open at 7 am. On Google as well as their own app. They even confirmed my order for 735 am pick up next morning. I was standing outside their door since 7 am and no one came to open the store until 805 am. Then when I asked the questions I was told to speak to the owner. This was my first and the last time. What a waste franchise

I bought 2, a blueberry bliss and a sunrise sunset, unfortunately both were flavorless. I've made better smoothies at home.
