Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Ordered online for pickup. Says it would take about 12 minutes. We live 15 minutes away. I ordered the Sunrise Sunset smoothie (amazing) and the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with the Kale Apple Slaw for the side. It was all ready when we got there. The wrap is delish, and was warm/hot and tasted freshly prepared. The slaw was very good too, the apples really help with how bitter kale can be. I really appreciate quickly made healthier options, I don?t always want to throw something together. Waiting 10-15 minutes for someone to assemble and toast/ grill something for me is totally appreciated.

I typically only get smoothies and not food from here. I decided to get a salad on my way to work. Not knowing that a super Caesar is a salad and a wrap nor was asked which one I wanted at the window. I went up to pay and then was given a wrap. When I asked about the salad I was informed I did not clarify. They did replace it with a salad but before handing it to me stated make sure next time you say you want to say a wrap or salad. Given that this came from the manager I have no intentions on buying food or anything from this establishment again.

They have great smoothies (especially the Bahama mama). The only reason I gave 4 stars is because multiple times I've gotten my smoothie tasting super watered down. I was told a while ago its because when you order 2 of the same smoothie they are still supposed to make them separately or that can happen and that there are always a lot of new employees. Another reason I'm giving 4 stars is that a lot of times the employees don't know much because they're always new people.

I was blown away by the food and service at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted like family. The Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich was delicious and exactly as pictured on the menu. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and customer service. I can't wait to come back and highly recommend this place to everyone. Wow, wow, and wow - that's all I can say! Even though they were super busy I got my delicious smoothie promptly and had great service! This location is consistent in their quality, which is top tier, I love this place! They do a fantastic job with all facets of the company. The drive through is quick and convenient, the facility inside is clean, the workers are kind, and their smoothies are always yummy!

This restaurant has only been open for a short time. The service at the drive-thru is quite fast, especially considering how new it is. Everything I have ordered so far has been delicious and satisfying. The prices are fair, not too expensive or too cheap, making it worth the money.

I have visited this restaurant several times. It is always fantastic. The staff is friendly and they have great options for vegans and vegetarians. This is a must-try place. They also have large smoothies which I love, especially the ones with strawberry edible straws.
