Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The lady told me to hold then another person took my order.The person on the speaker repeated my order back to me and still got it wrong. When I got up to the window it wasn?t the same person that took my order. The quesadilla is suppose to come withchicken it and it only had cheese. My smoothie was not blended well I shouldn?t be eating ice and bananas. Overall my wholeorder was messed up and I didn?t enjoy it

I order a pomegranate plunge and it was tasty and fresh. Most importantly the assistant manager Greg had the best attitude ever! So pleasant that soon as he asked did I want to donate to their cause I did it with ease! I love great customer service and it was my 1st time going and because of the positive attitude and tasty smoothie I will be a regular customer!

Everything was very good the jerk chicken and the detox green smoothie we enjoyed everything the other people got the strawberry in line and they got the jerk chicken too so we had a wonderful experience

Really good smoothies and very large. Fills me up enough to replace a meal. Staff is really nice and I like that they have a drive thru

I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the food and smoothie. I will be a weekly visitor.
