Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This is the longest wait for a smoothie ever. They left people in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. They didn?t move the customers with larger orders to the side in order to move the faster customers along. They jus t made us sit and wait. They are way too slow. I understand some places don?t have a lot of employees right now but you have to adjust in order to move the line faster. We go to the drive thru because we already don?t have a lot of time to wait. And for goodness sake, it?s just a smoothie.

I really wanted to love this place. However, like most reviews, the store smells like mildew. I was on the floor and the working room behind the counter doesn't look the cleanest. The person who took my order was pleasant and I appreciate it. I hope cleanliness changes. I want to go back.

Great staff, great smoothies, good food! A very popular destination (especially on a hot day), so it can wait a bit, but you can easily say that they work hard and are very attentive to their customers and their orders.

This Tropical smoothie is thanks to the owner EVERYTHING. Mr. Troutman greets patrons and even briefly engages. The food and drinks are also amazing. I recommend this TSC.

When I left, two people waited. I ordered a Paradise Point and it was made fast. It tasted great.
