Tugboat Fish Chips

Can I just put this out there... we just stopped at this place for dinner. [On a whim because the one on greenback was cosed] ITS WAS SOOOOO GOOD. And to top it off, the service was BEYOND AMAZING! They made us feel beyond welcomed and appreciated. I'm so surprised they were not busier. We will be back for sure! Pease check them out! The batter on everything was delicious! We're going to be regular customers here!! We had everything from the fish and chips, coleslaw, hush puppies and fried Asparagus oh and don't forget the fried bananas! Can't wait to return!

I was in several of the Tugboat locations and this one has the most beautiful staff. We went for lunch, the food came fast, hot and tasty. I have the 3 pieces of fish and it was more food than I expected. We ate outside in an area furnished with covered picnic benches. It was a bit loud from the traffic on Fair Oaks, but nothing terrible. I drove so often from this place and didn't see it, but now it's a place where I would like to eat again.

Very inexpensive fish and chips: for what I paid, I have a lot. Fish was tender and moist. Clams were a bit hard and dry, and I couldn't taste the actual shells. The best and freshest were vegetables with mushrooms, carrots, onions and zucchinis. The dining areas could use some investments by updating furniture and decor, or at least some new color. The service was friendly and quite fast.

The food here is great and the service is even better. I've never felt so taken care of and seen such efficient service in one experience. Everything I ordered was accounted for and carefully packaged, it was fresh and hot when I got home to eat it. Above and beyond service

Well it's fish and chips. Staff is awesome and very polite. Eaten there many times. Food is consistently done the same. I cooked at a place like this when I was young. Very hard to produce the same quality do too the cooking process. A must visit!
