Turtle Jack's - Reservar uma mesa

We just visited recently. It was a hot day and decided we need a patio to enjoy. This is one of the restaurants with a patio fairly close to home we had dined there many times.. the service was slow at times but generally it was a child friendly atmosphere so we headed over. The sign outside said new team /new management so I assumed we would get some great service. Sadly i was mistaken. The service was the worst. The restaurant was empty inside and maybe had 6 tables outside? They took our drink order right away nine was a glass of wine) it took 20 minutes of sitting outside to receive it. OMG! I used to like this restaurant been away for 2 years and come back to horrible service. Waiter hardly came over to fill drinks see how the meal was. He didn’t even have that many tables. You could see the other tables waiting to have their table cleared or deliver their desserts. Portions have shrunk. Had the “Bug Wing Dinner”. Hardly bid at all anymore. Will not recommend this restaurant.

Well I just had lunch there and I wish I had read the reviews first. Salads were stale brown tomatoes old. Portions terrible. Small dry salmon. The portions were so small not like I remember. Down hill and for sure gonna go out a business soon! No one was even there at lunch no wonder. Yikes clean up your quality control.

Nice place. Good service and the food is average, but way too overpriced. l avoided the calamari this time because the oil was old and l got sick.

The food is below average. Half of the restaurant has the chairs stacked up. I won’t go back and never recommend this place place to anyone.
