Turtle Jack's Muskoka Grill

My wife and I, accompanied by my brother and sister in law, had dinner at this fine establishment after an afternoon at the movies. We were seated promptly and served in a few moments. I had the french dip with fries, my brother had the chicken fingers and fries, while the two ladies had salads. The food was very good, however on looking at the desserts menu, were somewhat taken aback by the exorbitant prices. The main meals were somewhat reasonable, taking into account the increase in eating out post pandemic, but really twelve dollars for sticky toffee pudding! Ridiculous.

We ordered take out and they said would be ready in 25 mins so we arrive 25 mins later and the food was cold like it had been sitting there for 25 mins we got a nacho and a loaded fries and came to $38?? Also the portions got smaller then they were before the price went up. Very disappointing and were missing pimento on both and the lettuce had gone bad not to mention very little nd i really enjoy the lettuce on my nacho. Such a shame and wont ever waste my money again.

Good and friendly service, but sub par food. Our appetizer was the bruschetta that had very little tomatoes, next to no balsamic glaze (there was more on the plate for aesthetic than there was on the food) and the bread was very soggy. Along with that I found a hair in my chicken Parmesan, which ruined the rest of my meal.

Everything was perfect, but what stood out to me was the atmosphere. It was cozy yet refreshing and exciting. I cannot wait to go again!

Comfortable outdoor seating, friendly polite service. Good choices on menu, good portions, served well, lots of drink choices.
