we were a series of times until 2153, and today's menu was the best by far. the Israeli couscous with barramundi was a way out! a lso the milk pudding was different and very tasty. well done to all involved. the service was really good, although a little polishing in some in front of the house areas needed. will definitely go again as it is so good to learn the students so much under the lead of a large chef in the kitchen and nicola in front of the house. well done to the students and hope that they all go in the future to great things.

I love this training restaurant. the eating is excellent and the training are so striving to make a great job. it is a wonderful experience and excellent value for good quality meals. we enjoyed beautifully plated scallops, barramundi and a cotton seed cake all for $34. it would highly recommend restaurant twenty a fifty three. as a bonus you can hear yourself talking! ‘

Excellent food great place to take friends and the cost for a 3 course lunch is good value. Great staff as well.
