Twistee Treat Posner

I am a local resident and every time we stop by the Twistee Treat at Posner Park there is always an issue. A bunch of kids with no management oversight. I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. The guy taking orders totally ignored my wife’s order. None of the orders came out in the order they were placed. I will never come here again. I would rather get ice cream from Publix than deal with this mismanaged business. A sad representation of Twistee Treat. As we enter into a recession, you should realize your customers will stop patronizing the places that overcharge provide lousy service as this is considered a privilege not a necessity. Use to work at this location couple years ago. When i ordered a twirl they blend the ice cream to soup. Want a shake , thin not thick. Want a cone? Get a cup cuz it won't stand up for very long. Products have gone down, the people at this company just don't seem to care anymore. Go to dairy queen
