U Paradisu - Reservar uma mesa

We had a fantastic time! A swim at the beach there is a must, the water so clear and clear. Afterwards we went to U Paradisu for a drink on their comfy outdoor couches looking out to the water. The place was just so magic, and the people so nice, that we stayed for dinner. The atmosphere alone is worth it, but the food too is really top. I had fish, perfectly cooked, other half had entrecote which was a little overdone from medium-rare but that could be a language thing. The highlight was the burrata and tomato salad. Amazing and refreshing. Yes, they don 't have toilets and you have to go au naturele which we saw as a feature rather than a problem. We had a really great night.

We arrived at this restaurant after a walk and I had fallen so needed to use the toilet and wash my hands. THERE ARE NO TOILETS HERE FOR CUSTOMERS AND IT IS IN AN ISOLATED SPOT. ! I asked politely how the chef and staff would wash their hands before preparing food and washing utensils etc. They then refused to serve us. The name of the restaurant does not appear to match their facilities and attitude to customers. We feel we had a lucky escape!

First the beach here is beautiful and worth a visit in its own right. Second this beach restaurant is amazing and is a must if you are North Corsica. The service was excellent, the food was amazing and the setting is the best we saw in North Corsica being right on the beach. Everything was well prepared and tasty. Fun vibe and nice place to view the beautiful beach.

We spent our honeymoon in Corsica and went literally everyday to Tamarone as the beach was amazing. We had a few lunches/dinner at U Paradisu and LOVED it. The food is good, the portions are generous and the summer staff was nice. It is a bit pricey, but it is also the only restaurant within 15mn drive.

We’ve been back there a few times over the years and I have to say that despite being always (don’t forget to book in advance...)busy the service is always friendly and the food amazing with local fresh products. We can’t wait for next year to go back!
