Uma Casa - Reservar uma mesa

Eating was okay. I wasn't in Portugal, but as an experienced cook and frequent diner, the seven dishes we shared were nothing special. The noise level was stubborn. The three of us had to lean into the table to hear each other. On the plus side, the orange olive oil cake was pretty good and the passion fruit sorbet served with it was great. We will not return.

Definitely a high quality Portuguese restaurant. Cod fritters, gambas, piri piri chicken, Caldo verde. All were excellent. You also have a good selection of Portuguese drinks. It's definitely overpriced. And while the Pastel de nata is good, it does not have the tasty crust or the baked sugar flavor of Portugal.

We had a good evening at the restaurant; the chef came out and talked to one in our party that speaks only Portuguese. That was nice. The ducks were good as the parts. The atmosphere is alive with a good social distance. Costs are above average. You have live Portuguese entertainment about once a month.

Excellent modern Portuguese cuisine. We stayed in Portugal for the summer and really missed the food there. Uma Casa really meets the place for our Portuguese food search. The Pastell de nata was probably as good as homemade (but it is not a game for Pastéis de Belém.

Wonderful fish forward Portuguese restaurant. Delicious all around and with a great crew and really nice vibe. Menu changes just enough to give you a reason to come back. Love having this in the hood.
