we have booked trips for our high season and paid them a deposit 12 months in advance of 1000€. A few days ago I made a reservation on your website for a restless dinner located on the club sleeve, on 23/09/21. that was confirmed by email. what was our surprise when we introduced ourselves last night at the place, and we found it closed, with a sign that it was closed for holidays. We call the phone number that is contained in the email, without obtaining any answers. It seems shameful that your website will allow you to make reservations for the dates when the restaurant will remain closed, and that you do not have the decency to notify customers.
