we had reservations for 12:30 . we arrived at 12:15 clock and sat immediately. the restaurant was moderately busy. it took about 15 minutes until our waiter came to the table. we immediately gave our order as we had plans after the brunch. we ordered coffee that was cold. the waiter did not come back to refill or check us 20 minutes. it was 30 minutes before we asked ourselves where was eating, at this time it was over an hour since we set ourselves. we said it was another 5 to 8 minutes. we said we had to be around 14 o'clock somewhere. two of our meals appeared 8 minutes later. our third party member had to wait 10 minutes until their meal arrives. we were almost finished with our meal unt...

My wife and I have been coming here for several years. They have changed their menu and raised their prices. The Monster Burrito is largely potatoes and black beans had to search to find the eggs and bacon. One coffee and two entrees $62 with tip. I am afraid they have priced themselves out of our budget.

we have visited urban steam since its opening. her eating, service and ambiente has never sunk. always tasty, fresh, kreatiw, personable, efficient staff and fun, vibe with good melodies playing in the background. we will always return when we want a good meal.

We had a lovely waitress, who was very friendly and helpful. We like being able to make reservations so we can get right in. The food is always very good. Great coffee! Fun, funky atmosphere, but with all hard surfaces, it can get pretty noisy. Reserve uma mesa agora

The service was quite slow. The light fixtures and vents on the ceiling were grimy and coated with grease. An automatic service charge was added, even though there were only two of us. Overall, the food didn't seem worth a return visit.

Yum yum YUM! All the food was great! Waitstaff was very kind and accommodating. Service was a little slow but this is a place you want to relax and take it all in anyway. Makes spending time with friends very enjoyable.

Nice little gem in a ratty part of town. Our server was terrific. Only snag is the sound system is banged up to ten, so you have to yell to have a conversation with your pals. Reserve uma mesa agora
