Valdez Bistro - Reservar uma mesa

The resturant is indicated as to serve french food, but what I found is a sushi bar when I walked in. So I asked one of the waitress about what kind of food they serve actually. However, the waitress was extreme unpatient and disrespectful. After we looked through the menu at the entrance, we thought they might not have the food we want so we decided to leave. Then, the waitress got angry and said something in their own language. Horrible experience in beautiful Valdez!!!

Staff took a half hour to get us water. Didn't pay attention when my wife asked for no mayo. Bulgogi po boy was underwhelming to say the least. Everything obviously store bought, no effort. And almost 30 bucks for two plates of food with no drinks. Pass on this one guys. Edit: Got told that my bill didn't include tip on the way out. So that was nice and awkward. So the place is tone deaf to their food and service. If no-stars was an option...

The bistro has really stepped up their game!! If you haven't bern their recently, give them a try. We were very impressed with the quality of the food and the service!
