I came back from the visit today and I must say we had great service and good food. we ordered suppe and it was a little late coming and when I asked about it, all the staff and manager were so helpful and caring. we have our suppe, a free scones and a cup of tea for the delay and a very sincere excuse. we were happy with only the suppe, but we are blown away from the reaction. Thank you. by the way, the suppe and the **** were so delicious

absolutely fantastic place! we had the most beautiful lunch of suppe and mais bark potatoes disc, which delicious and so fill! we then had beautiful homemade cakes and coffee and tee! the personal was amazing, especially deborah, which is an absolute jewel! beautiful location and just a fabulous place! Don't miss them on this beautiful venue!

Lovely tea room in Whitley Bay! Me and my family had a good quality food and drinks. The girls are very polite and helpful. However the lady at the till seemed quite abrupt to customers and rude to staff in front of customers. Everything else was wonderful and even allow dogs, always a bonus!

loves this place large selection of high quality cakes and snacks. coffee seems extra shot than standard I think is great. many seats with many friendly staff. also in the “Spanish center” of whitley bay, means that parking is also not a problem.

good selection of cake etc. tee does not come in a real tee fir a tee bag in a cup. good view of the sea. good toilet facilities.
