Vanished Valley Brewing

Went to vanished valley on Friday night, and the weather was nice so they had outdoor seating and entertainment out back. The focus is heavily on the beer which is good. We waited for almost 30 minutes just to have our food order taken, after that it was close to 2 hours until the correct food showed up (one set of incorrect plates showed up). At this point we tried the food and it was mediocre at best. I attempted to eat the bbq, had one bite of the protein and sides and slid the plate away. My girlfriend had a sandwich....which was rather hard to mess up. We were told the kitchen is slow pushing out food tonight Im fully okay with that and waiting, except the problem being multiple couples...

This brewery has a bigger selection of food then most other breweries I've been to. I've only had breadsticks as appetizers, and they were tasty. There are plenty of options to chose from for dinner. The beers are tasty with several options. They have great inspirational artwork and names, such as Chasing Dreams. The matching artwork is also on the walls. This is a lively and fun place to hang out in, the service is friendly and timely. It's also easy to find parking. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new brewery in the Springfield area.

we went to vanished valley last night for the first time after ludlow. we loved the mood inside and the menu looked great! my man loves beer and enjoyed the two he had. I'm not a beer fan (I know, I know, I know), so I really liked that they also had wine and apple wine on the menu. we haven't eaten a complete meal yet, but we will definitely be back! taste the cream brûlée as snack and it was good!

My husband and I had the local burger and the 1/2 rack of ribs plate. SO GOOD. Beer is good food is good. 10/10 recommended for that. The servers could care less about you. They're all on their phones involved in their own convos. It's clear a manager needs to be on floor to supervise.

Had dinner and drinks on Friday night. As we finished we realized that my daughter's friend was keeping her invisalign In a napkin that had been taken with the refuse from our meals. The waitresses were kind enough to search the trash and found it.
