Vapiano Marseille La Valentine Pasta Pizza

I’m a fan of Vapiano since 2012. Every time I travel to a city where Vapiano has a restaurant I usually eat there. I have visited many Vapiano around Europe. But this one here is the worst service I ever watched! We waited for 45 minutes, I talked with staff and no one knew about my order. 30 minutes later they delivered us the meals but with several missed ingredients. The cookers were amateur, without sanity rules, they use the same pan for 3 different recipes!! This is not an embassy of Vapiano. This is not how Vapiano usually do it. The Vapiano in Toulouse follows the franchise rules, this one not at all. We paid for a bad service, the worst. I don’t recommend it.

If you don't speak French you better stay a mile away of that one. I literally detest uncooked smelly cheeses, and I asked about it before order. Lost in translation I understand that the cheese in the pasta I ordered was cooked... And it was.... But the whole plate was literally buried under a ton of smelly grated uncooked cheese. Tried in vain to explain that I couldn't possibly eat that... But none understood or seem to care... And in the end I had to just leave the food and leave the store hungry... (ps I was starving....

Consistent and filling , if a little expensive. Can be irritating queuing behind others waiting to get food prepared. It always seems the pizza queues are empty with personnel unoccupied as a result ans then big queues for pasta

The carbonara could have been tastier and the linguines not been a mass stuck together. I dind't enjoy it
