Looking for somewhere to have breakfast on Sunday morning, we 'Googled ' and spotted this place quite nearby. We 'd been past it several times over the years, but had never stopped to try it. Having been today, it won 't be the last time we eat there. Although we like Portuguese food, we chose to have the English breakfast, which comprised four or five rashers of smoked streaky bacon, baked beans, scrambled egg and two slices of toasted Portuguese bread. This, for two people, together with two galoa, two white coffee and two pastel do nata came to less than €20. Portugal, in special Algarve is getting worse on the service. I kindly ask the lady, if they re an alternative for milk due i have lactose tolerance. And she rudely say it no and later one i asked for mayonnaise for the toast sandwich and she rudly said to me that i should ask before and what i need for. What a joke, there are plenty coffee s here and i will never come back here. 5 starts for the server that went to the table. But the women staff the takes your ordee (owner), what a rude lady.

Embora existam inúmeros lugares para café e bolos, em Quarteira, onde o nosso apartamento é, nós sempre dirigimos a Almencil para café da manhã/brunch em Venepao. É uma pastelaria, que tem bolos, café, pão e serve comida também!. Parece sempre ocupado, mas isso não é mau. Dois galaos, dois queijo torrado e sanduíche de presunto e Pastel de mates €8! Sempre bom e serviço.

Parei aqui para fazer uma refeição e havia uma maravilhosa variedade de doces e salgados, além de pães e roscas deliciosos. Pedimos um sanduíche de queijo e presunto torrado, que estava delicioso, e galo (café servido em um copo) e água tônica! Nós estávamos querendo ligar há algum tempo e finalmente conseguimos ir. Há uma grande variedade de itens salgados, bem como doces disponíveis. Além disso, há diversos pães caseiros à venda. Boa comida, ótima equipe e que vale a pena uma visita.

If you have 5 euros and want a great coffee, amazing cake and still get change come here. They also do a huge range of breakfasts, toasties, sandwiches, omolettes and pizzas. Sit in or outside on a large terrace, Cafes as they should be.

Este café tem o melhor Pastel de Nata de Portugal. O café branco deles também é bom. A equipe é toda tão feliz em te ver e o serviço é excelente. Ótimo custo-benefício.

No frills, great service, food is always good, toasted cheese and ham sandwich for brunch keeps us going pretty much all day! Prices are are ridiculously cheap too.
