Venta La Laja - Reservar uma mesa

We stopped at Venta La Laja at 2PM for lunch. It seemed like a good idea as there were many cars parked in front of the restaurant. We couldn’t have guessed how wrong we would be. We were allocated a table in the crowded restaurant....It took already 15 minutes before we were asked what we wanted for drinks. At that point we also wanted to order food. We attended the different waiters several times, and they told us they would arrive shortly. It was only after an hour that we could order our food!!! We were thinking of of leaving, but were in hope of receiving our food quickly after ordering. Again, the waiting game began... our food was served only after an additional 30 minutes. Also, we a...

We got there because there was nothing else on the street. it was really busy but we got a nice table by the open fireplace. the waiters were all friendly and quick. the food wasn't 5 star but in a location like this don't expect that but it was very good and as she said to us organic! Prices are cheap. for us everything was in a good experience.

For lunch and as vegans we were able to eat easy and cheap. Staff good, friendly and fast. Yes it's busy and you might have to wait but don't blame them if they're busy, maybe that's a good sign! Not sure what people expect from a busy roadside restaurant.
