Veranda Cafe Gift - Reservar mesa

We dined at Veranda's on Labor Day for lunch. Although there was a slight wait, it wasn't excessive. The ambiance was quite pleasant, and our drinks were served in a timely manner. The appetizer, a delicious soup, was a highlight (check out the picture!). They were out of a few menu items, but that wasn't a major issue. Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff was working hard to keep up. The floors and tables were clean, and the noise level was acceptable. Our waitress did inform us that service might be a bit slow, but there wasn't much of a wait overall, and the portion sizes were generous. The food was truly excellent. I ordered half of the club sandwich and cup of Hungarian mushroom soup.... loved it and took half of the sandwich house and ate it for dinner... came with chips... all delicious... my husband was just as happy with his order... You have to try the elderberry limonade.... brilliant.... second time visit and definitely again... Service was wonderful!!

Can't comment on the food, because we needed to leave after waiting 40 minutes for two sandwiches to go. The lady that took the order did not think it was important to tell us that the kitchen was backed up when she said it would take 15-20 minutes and taking our money.
