I ordered the Med 6.0 bowl for the first time at this restaurant. Instead of customizing my meal, I opted for a preset option. Unfortunately, I didn't take the time to inspect the food at the counter before ordering, which turned out to be a mistake. By the time my meal was finally served, my husband had already finished eating. This seemed odd for a counter-service restaurant. The broccoli in my bowl was completely burnt, and when I brought it to the counter, they informed me that it was intentionally charred. The Brussels sprouts in my bowl looked the same way.
