I have given this place a few tries and it has always been okay. However, I went here with a couple of friends last night and we had a terrible experience. The restaurant had run out of multiple items, so there were quite a few things you could not order. I also ordered an Italian soda, and they only had one flavour available as well. The gelato case was also apparently broken, and we had gone there specifically for the gelato/sorbet. They said we could order gelato and they would get it from the back, but all the people working had no idea what flavours they had available. Visited this restaurant when it first opened and I was blown away with how great it was, I had a mushroom portobello sandwich with goat cheese which quickly became my favourite, after a couple of visits I noticed that there was no cheese in it so I quit going there. In Feb. of 2017 I thought I would give it another try and ordered the same sandwich only to find there was new owners and again there was very little if any cheese in the sandwich. My husband and I were there on a Saturday night, first time there. The front staff did not explain how they work. You order your food by the door, walk down the line, order your drinks then pay, and you get a number, go sit yourself display your number and when your food is it up, they bring it out.We waited 45 minutes for our food, and the two tables next to us had been there longer they had wait closer to 1.5 hours with no food. One older lady had been waiting 2 hours just to get her take out bag. No apology from staff. Understaffed, mismanaged and no customer service.Not too mention the food. Saturday night outing with another couple had great first impression with decor and menu. Placed our order (ossobuco sandwich, pollo balsamico salad, osso buco pasta and grilled veg) and were advised they were out of Cab Sav ... Ok so ordered Chianti. Server came to table and said they were out of Shanti but also out of all red. really? Then told when at the table ... different staffer that they were out of the grilled veg and offered meatball substitute. This place has an interesting cafeteria type layout, a little confusing at first but not bad. I got really excited when I saw they had Gnocchi on their menu, so I ordered it immediately. The staff were friendly and nice, but my food was tasteless, the gnocchi was mushy. Maybe I would return to try something else, but I'm in no rush, not with better Italian restaurants in the area.

First time in this establishment. I did not know it was an ordering line like a cafeteria. It had sit down seating where you were given a number for the server to find you with your order. The pizzas I ordered came out in good time. They had a wood fired clay oven (not 100% sure but it looked like one.) The pizzas were a bit on the small side but tasted great.

After buying a Groupon and hearing good recommendations from a few friends my girlfriend and I decided to check the place out and could not have been more satisfied. Food was quickly made and fantastically prepped, and we were greeted by the owner at the end of our meal for a quick chat and a free brownie. Highly recommend eating here.

This place is set up so you order cafeteria style. The food is freshly made from good quality produce, so it tastes good. The prices are a little high for the style of restaurant it is in my opinion. Reserve uma mesa agora

All I can say is meh. This is an upscale sbarro and not that great food. Pizza was ridiculously bad. Sandwiches are ok but I just don't like the order style.

Quick, fresh Italian food. It was the best of fast food and homemade I've had for Italian. Nice sized salad and pizza for $12
