Vientiane Market - Reservar uma mesa

An unassuming place with bold charm. The few places in this town that I find desirable. The other day, all i wanted was some tofu pad Thai. The market was closed and I was lost, all other conceivable options were dull and meaningless. Unfulfilled, I resigned myself to a bowl of cereal in darkness. How many restaurants have done this to you?P.S. the owner knits hats and sells them in the winter. I have four.

Ordered larb. VG. Could use more authentic seasoning. All together. With the white rice. A. Pleasant dish. Ordered at the counter. Ready in five minutes. I will return. It had been 15 years at least since I last visited. A. Pleasant experience.

Best curry! This unassuming little place has some of the best food in the area, hands down. What a hidden gem. And the folks who run this market couldn’t be sweeter!
