After watching an Anthony Bourdain in Vietnam episode, I couldn’t stop thinking about making a visit to Viet Bistro. Great experience, great food, fair prices in light of…ya know…2020 and the what not. Server was excellent and steered us in the right direction. My wife and I shared an appetizer of autumn rolls and spring rolls. The rice wrap on the autumn rolls was translucent in its perfection. Wife had a beef dish for her entree. I sampled and the meat was tender and flavorful. I asked the server for something that I’d find in a street market in Saigon. Always a wonderful dish and always a full happy stomach. If you want the post gym meal or to have all the energy you need for the day than you have to stop in here and enjoy some yummy healthy food!

Good quality. Nice price range. Atmosphere could be nicer but it's a very smal operation. Soup was really nice. Egg noodles were tender and filling.

My lunch from yesterday was so delicious! Chicken pho with shrimp summer roll and I also got the honey ginger tea Amazing!
