Wonderful experience! Top place. The hotel focuses on serving couples, which makes the environment more welcoming. Super polite and helpful staff, wonderful room (small, but met our expectations), top-notch pools with a bar with wonderful drinks, super complete breakfast. The check-in experience was very bad, we checked in online and it still took more than 30 minutes to release our room, there was a mess at the reception. The service at the restaurant was 10, the food was good and the service from Jhenifer was very good, congratulations! The SPA and hotel area are great, the rooms are excellent.
