That was really good. The cook is creative, the ingredients very fresh and of high quality. The Ceasar Salad was deliberately prepared in its ingredients. Interesting and visually a highlight. But not completely thought... the Anchovis were all arranged under the whole salad, not to eat for me... or who likes a tablespoon full of Anchovis with capers and dressing at the end of the meal after the rest of the dish has already been fed?
