Auf der Karte gibt es einige Snacks, tolle Salate, Kuchen und ein paar warme Speisen, die man immer bestellen kann. Zusätzlich gibt es jeden Tag ein Tagesgericht (zu finden auf Facebook oder Instagram) und gerade die Länderreisen jeden Freitag sind ein absolutes Highlight! Die Süßspeisen und der Kakao sind sehr lecker, auch die Snacks überzeugen. Die Salate sind groß und kreativ, von der Karte überzeugen vor allem das Kesespetzle und die Hatschi-Knödel. Alles wird frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr nett und kompetent und auch die Preise sind in Ordnung. Additionally there is a daily dish (to find on facebook or instagram) and the landings every day are an absolute highlight! the sweet food and the kakao are very tasty, even the snacks convince. the salads are large and creatiw, the card convinces above all the kesespetzle and the hatschi dumplings. everything is fresh and prepared with love. the personal is very nice and competent and also the prices are in order. everything also for receiving removable packaging or a self-guided service. the operators are extremely nice and endeavored and open for suggestions etc. vrisssch offers gluten-free options and strives for allergen freedom. daily they post their daily menu on instagram and probably also on facebook. a highlight for me have been the brownies from herb filling, protein-rich gluten-free. you can also take everything with you taking care of plastic-free as sustainable packaging as possible
