Waffle House - Reservar uma mesa

The worst experience ever !! Me and my husband went to have dinner here last night and the cashier immediately declined us service before we even step foot in the door she stated she was too tired and needed a break and she was not taking our orders we can leave and come back later !! We was previously warned before entering the building, another customer was turned down and refused service because the cashier was too tired to do her job! Just lazy and rude we still tried to get her to at least take our order since all she had to do was write down the orders take the payment and pass it to the cook the rest of the work was his to do she still refused yelling and cursing at us telling us she...

I have been driving for 12hrs , was staying at hotel across the street figured I would get a hot meal. So I walk in half the store is shut down so went to the end that was open. Low bar was only place open however it had syrup on it in several spots. Placed my order, ask fire waffles dark ask the server did you let her know I wanted dark. She starts loud talking don 't know why I 'm here goes I don 't know my job the customers were looking at her. I then asked could I see your tag to wipe the counter down, I used to work for them in another state. She says you can move down if you want. I informed her then the sun is on my eyes again. We stopped by and was met at the door and refused service it was 12 00 and. I thought all waffle houses were open 24 /7 !and travel friendly not this one people were in store and leaving store may have been the waitress own little party just for them did not get any service same story as the couple in the review almost exactly the same . Don't go there rude and they apparently are closed most of the time

I used to love waffle house, but this time the workers were so unprofessional and one of them were sassy with me and flirting with the guys in there i don't recommend going to waffle House in Statesville. And also all of them were cussing around people.

I would give it a 5 but our poor waitress was working alone. Her SECOND day working ENTIRELY alone. She cooked, she waited, she bussed- everything. ALONE in the building. She was wonderful!! But wow!
