The food and service quality at this location has improved remarkably. Everything is fresh and delicious. I even visited during a shift change, and everything was still running smoothly and cleanly! Great job to the management. I rated the local staff five stars all around; however, I have significant issues with the new online ordering policy. The menu is quite limited and does not allow for customization, which means you have to come in person to order exactly what you want and then wait for it to be prepared. On the one occasion I tried ordering online, nobody checked the system, and I ended up waiting anyway. While I'm not opposed to using the online system, it definitely needs some seri...

My server Greg was incredibly polite, hilarious, and friendly. He did an excellent job with our orders and consistently ensured we had everything we needed. I never had to ask for a drink refill, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. If you ever get the chance to visit during the evening or overnight shift, definitely ask for Greg if he's available. You'll be in excellent hands!

Excellent food and excellent service! Even when under pressure every server keeps the line moving and they are constantly going non stop to make sure everyone gets their food fresh and at a decent pace so you won’t have to wait very long! Highly recommend this Waffle House to anyone driving by

A little Grimy, her Sanitizer is super sticky. The food was great and the staff, while a little impatient were friendly.
